We are Ben, James and Henny and between us we’ve worked in more fine eateries than you can shake a stick at. We’ve spent years running some of the best independent restaurants around, creating mouth-watering menus and hosting superb events for happy people.
Many, many moons ago (15 years), the three of us met whilst working in one of Bristol’s best restaurant and bars and through a lot (and we mean a lot) of busy days and a bit (!!) of late night drinking became firm friends! We have waitered, bar tendered, managed and cooked in award winning restaurants including Thornbury Castle, Le Trenchard Manor, Redcliffs, Severnshed, Rick Steins Seafood Restaurant and Goldbrick House – to name just a few.
